Custom Commissions by Product Type
ClickBank is pleased to announce an exciting new change to the way vendors offer affiliate commissions. Previously, ClickBank vendors were required to give affiliates the same commission % for every product in the vendor's account, regardless of product type.
Now, vendors can offer unique commission rates for rebills of recurring billing products, products in a one-click upsell flow, and shippable media products. Commission rates for standard digital products and the initial sale of recurring billing products will still use the vendor's current site commission rate. Existing recurring billing subscriptions will continue paying affiliates the same rebill commission rates as when the original sale occurred.
This change benefits both vendors and affiliates. Vendors can offer a wider variety of products to affiliates, and in some cases can afford to be more generous with affiliate commissions than they could have been in the past!
As before, affiliates can learn what other affiliates typically make on a sale by looking at the Avg. $/sale statistic in Marketplace listings.
European Direct Debit (ELV)
ClickBank now offers the ability to accept direct debit payments in Euros from Germany and Austria. Customers from these countries will be able to choose this payment option directly from the ClickBank Order Form, in addition to credit cards and PayPal.
Client Support Tickets
As part of ongoing improvements to client communications, ClickBank now supports client questions and issues through the use of Client Support Tickets. These tickets can be easily updated and tracked within the Resources section of your account, making communicating with ClickBank easier than ever before!
