Mr. Fire Safety’s kitchen hood cleaning services are required by ALL restaurants in the USA. All restaurants require our cleaning services 1-12 times per year and this is enforced by fire inspectors. Cooking oil filtration is also a greatly needed service which doubles the life of our customers' cooking oil. Our third main service, fire extinguishers, is needed by law for every business in the United States. All 3 services will bring revenue to you 24/7 with crews working day and evening. This is a solid franchise model with repeat business, and reliable and recurring revenue in any economy. That’s one of many reasons we are so unique and successful.
The founder of Mr. Fire Safety, Mr. Chris Daskalakis, has over 20 years experience in the exhaust hood cleaning industry, both as a fire inspector and having had his own exhaust hood cleaning and fire extinguisher & suppression company. We provide commercial kitchen exhaust hood pressure cleaning to restaurants, schools, hotels, hospitals and malls, as well as fire extinguisher services. ALL WORK IS MANDATED BY NFPA LAW and enforced by all township fire inspectors and insurance companies nationwide! This is a repeat business with cleanings required 1-12 times a year. There are high profit margins of 40%-60% and, with the exception of schools, most of the work is done at night after 10pm.
You do not need to have any prior experience in cleaning or pressure washing. In fact almost all of our franchisees have never owned a pressure washing or hood cleaning business. We will help you with sales and marketing to jump start your business, and teach you how to manage the business during the day and delegate or subcontract the cleanings out at night. One crew of 2 people can do 2 cleanings per night and we charge $350-$700 per cleaning. Each cleaning takes about 3-4 hours.
